The relevant authorities at the Ministry of Housing will issue new lists in the coming period of bills for “white land” fees in both Riyadh and Jeddah.

These lists are being issued because there are unregistered plots of land whose areas are unknown since their deeds are not in electronic form.The Ministry of Housing recently announced the issuance of approximately 490 bills for 374 plots of land subject to the system in Jeddah, with a total area of more than 120 million square meters.

The Ministry had previously issued bills for unregistered land fees in Riyadh at the end of last March.
