Following trading sessions ahead of the holiday… Notable changes in the ownership structure of Al Rajhi Bank and ”Jabal Omar” and “Safra” shares”

At the close of trading on Wednesday, June 21, 2017, the stock market saw minor changes in the performance of certain companies’ shares, as the stake held by the Suleiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi Endowment Company in Al-Rajhi Bank fell to 8.46%, down 0.74% from its previous stake of 9.2%, through the sale of 12 million shares.

Conversely, Safra continued to reduce its stake in Al-Lujain, with its ownership falling to 5.67%—a decrease of 0.47% from its previous stake of 6.14%, through the sale of 325,200 shares, marking the third consecutive trading session.

The ownership of Jabal Omar’s institutional investors in Jabal Omar fell to 15.49%, a decrease of 0.09% from their previous stake of 15.58%, through the sale of 836,500 shares.
