Minister of Trade and Investment Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi inaugurated on Sunday morning the Trade and Investment System's strategic and project performance measurement board, which is concerned with following up on the system's performance indicators and strategic objectives linked to Vision 2030 and Vision 2020, where the board displays and documents the performance of various initiatives and strategic projects in the system with direct integration between projects, initiatives and objectives to ensure follow-up and measurement of the system's progress electronically and proactively, thus enhancing the performance of the trade and investment system entities and raising their productivity.

Al-Qasabi stressed during the launch to follow up the dashboard continuously and present it in the periodic meetings of the system's entities in order to increase follow-up and support for the system's projects and targets and ensure its optimal use.

The dashboard comes as one of the support tools provided by the Vision Realization Office at the Trade and Investment System and aims to directly display the status of initiatives, projects and performance indicators related to the strategic agenda of the Trade and Investment System, whose data is automatically imported through project management systems. The dashboard is available through various Internet browsers as well as through an application on mobile devices and tablets, and offers many features including printing periodic reports, requests to escalate obstacles, and presenting updates on initiatives, projects and strategic goals."

Al-Qasabi stressed during the launch that the dashboard should be continuously monitored and presented in the periodic meetings of the system's entities in order to increase follow-up and support for the system's projects and objectives and to ensure their optimal use.
