“Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House appoints Badr Al-Anzi as CEO

Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House announced the appointment of Mr. Badr bin Hamid Al-Anzi as the company’s chief executive officer, Al-Anzi has extensive practical experience gained through his work in various positions and roles at the Saudi Capital Market Authority, the Malaysian Securities Commission, Riyad Bank, Al-Rajhi Bank, and Gulf House, in areas including risk management, business development, investment products, and financing solutions, in addition to his membership on numerous market committees.

Al-Anzi holds advanced academic qualifications, having earned a master’s degree in business administration and financial management, and has completed specialized courses in management, investment, and securities from various universities and international institutions in the United States, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom.

The Saudi Kuwaiti Finance House is one of the investment companies licensed by the Capital Market Authority with a fully paid-up capital of 500 million riyals, and is owned by the Kuwait Finance House (KFH), to act as a principal and undertake underwriting, management, arrangement, custody, and advisory services related to securities in the Kingdom.   The Kuwait Finance House (KFH) Group is one of the largest Islamic banks in the world, with assets exceeding 55 billion U.S. dollars, and possesses extensive experience in structuring and issuing sukuk and numerous other Sharia-compliant financial products, project financing, Islamic pooled financing, and private investments.
