The Board of Directors of the Saudi Investment Bank has issued a resolution appointing Faisal Abdullah Al-Omran as the bank’s Executive Vice President, effective August 20, 2017.

Al-Omran is a highly qualified banking professional with extensive experience in the financial sector, during which he has held leadership positions at the bank and at subsidiaries and affiliates of the Saudi Investment Bank, most recently as Head of the Treasury and Investment Group and a member of the Board of Directors at Amlak International Real Estate Finance Company and the Investment Company for Securities and Brokerage. He holds a bachelor’s degree in financial management, with a concentration in finance and accounting, summa cum laude, from Northeastern University in Boston.
