With the participation of major national and local companies, His Excellency Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, Minister of Housing, is sponsoring the Restatex Cityscape Riyadh exhibition, which will be held from September 27 to 30 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center.

On this occasion, Mr. Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of Ramtan Exhibitions and Conferences, which is co-organizing the exhibition, explained that the event will contribute to transforming Riyadh into a global investment capital and will also provide real estate opportunities in the country’s residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors, especially as the Kingdom is witnessing strategic development projects across all sectors that will ensure it remains in the global spotlight. Al-Faraj also expressed his appreciation for the support provided by His Excellency the Minister of Housing for the exhibition.

For his part, Ahmed Zakaria, Director of Restatex Cityscape Riyadh, said: “The wide-ranging efforts to reshape and strengthen the real estate sector in the Kingdom, within the framework of the National Transformation Program and Vision 2030, have been met with overwhelming support, and we will see this support materialize at this year’s exhibition. As part of the National Transformation Program, the Kingdom aims to double the real estate sector’s contribution to GDP to 10% by 2020.
