Aldar Properties, a leader in real estate development, investment, and management in Abu Dhabi, announced the success of its participation in the Cityscape Global exhibition in Dubai, which concluded last Wednesday evening, announcing the sale of residential units offered in the first phase of the “Waters AG” middle-income project on Yas Island in Abu Dhabi, valued at 400 million dirhams.

On this occasion, Talal Al Dhiyabi, the company’s Chief Development Officer, confirmed that they had achieved all their marketing goals through their participation in the exhibition. Al Dhiyabi explained that Aldar Properties was able to sell the entire “Waters AG” project,  which is a major achievement for us and underscores the Abu Dhabi real estate market’s continued ability to attract investors from around the world.
