The Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Facilities and Real Estate Property Management Committee, in cooperation with the Landlords Union Program at the Ministry of Housing, will organize the introductory workshop on the electronic platform for real estate facilities management, at 5:00 pm on Tuesday at the Chamber's headquarters on Dabab Street, aiming to introduce the developments related to the real estate facilities management activity. Board member and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, Aiad Al-Wabri, explained that the organization of this workshop comes out of the keenness of the Real Estate Facilities and Property Management Committee to educate owners of companies working in facilities management activities, maintenance and operation companies, owners' associations, real estate marketers and real estate development companies about the services included in the electronic platform that help in the development of the sector.
The workshop will review the work of the electronic platform for real estate facilities management, which will be presented by the director of the owners' association program, Engineer Turki bin Nayef Al Jabaa, inviting investors in the sector to participate in the workshop.
