When God wanted to create the universe and divide the livelihoods among people, he put the share of each person in the form of a small pile of dust, and when the Lord finished the division, which came with complete equality between people in livelihood and everything, the wind blew. The wind blew and scattered the piles and mixed with each other, so that the livelihood of one person increased and the livelihood of another decreased, and the livelihoods were intertwined and mixed between people, and it was all by the will of God, which made us need others, and they need us, so some of their livelihoods are with us, and ours flew to their piles.

Maybe this story, which is steeped in symbolism and significance, prompts us to focus on the idea that all humans need each other from all levels, ranks and grades, the minister needs his driver to drive his car for him, and the driver needs his job to earn wages to spend on his dependents, and so we can pull and apply this to all the intertwined relationships in our lives.

When God created human beings, He did not only equalize them in the area of assignment, but also in many other aspects, including physical and spiritual, as human bodies and the organs they contain are almost identical in structure and vital functions, as the respiratory system of the king is the same as that of the king's chamberlain, and the circulatory system of the army commander has the same for the smallest soldier under his command.

The same for the smallest soldier under his command is the same for the king's chamberlain.

The simple worker may be better than others, in proximity to God and execution of assignments, and with those around him from his peers and family, and he feels job satisfaction and in a permanent state of reconciliation with himself. Those who are below us are not less than us in the matter, but their jobs are the least, and therefore their salaries and job privileges are few, so the job level is not the only measure to judge people and make a decision to respect or disdain them, but we must respect all people, and by analogy the manager is not better than his employees, and it is very possible that those we think are less than us are better and we do not know it.
