With a total value of more than 137.65 million riyals, Riyad REIT revealed that it has signed an agreement with the University Higher Education Fund to purchase the Saudi Electronic University building located in the Al-Rabie neighborhood on the intersection of Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq Road and Prince Saud bin Mohammed bin Muqrin Road (the towers) in northern Riyadh, which extends over an area of about 14,000 square meters and rental areas of more than 17,000 square meters.
