The National Glass Industries Company (Glass) has appointed Riyadh bin Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Humaidan as Chairman of the Board of Directors in its ninth session, which begins on 09/04/2014 for a period of three years.
Last Wednesday, the company's General Assembly approved the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders at 12.5% (1.25 riyals per share) as profits for the fiscal year
The General Assembly also approved the election of the Board of Directors for a period of three years starting from 09/04/2014.
