The Committee for Distressed Real Estate Contributions (“Tasfiya”) disbursed approximately 250 million riyals to shareholders during the first and second phases of the “Your Rights Are a Trust” program organized by the committee, Yusuf Al-Sanani, Assistant Secretary-General of the Committee, explained that the Committee paid approximately 250 million riyals to shareholders during the first and second phases of the “Your Rights Are a Trust” program organized by the Committee.

Al-Sanani explained that during the program’s third campaign, the committee aims to adopt new methods to reach the largest number of shareholders and fully disburse their entitlements, adding that the committee is working to compile a list of shareholders" names and determine their addresses, and to investigate, through both official and unofficial channels, the whereabouts of those who have not yet been located, and to implement regulatory procedures that will help them reclaim their rights to real estate contributions.

The Real Estate Contributions Department at the General Court in Riyadh announced the day before yesterday the resolution of 86 cases involving distressed real estate contributions, with a total area of more than 71 million square meters, with a market value estimated at billions of riyals.
