With the support of Cityscape Exhibitions, more than 40 exhibitors from leading real estate development companies will participate in the “Next Move” exhibition, which will take place in Cairo from December 14 to 16, where the exhibition will showcase hundreds of real estate investment opportunities for potential buyers.

Real estate developers are expected to promote their latest residential projects, most of which are located in the capital and target the market segment of middle-income residents.

Participating in the exhibition are the most prominent and largest companies specializing in real estate investment and financing, such as Orascom, SODIC, Al-Futtaim Group, New Giza , Al Rabwa, Arabian Real Estate Development, Talaat Moustafa Group , “Emaar Misr,” ”Sabour,” ”Palm Hills,” ”Al-Sharqia for Urban Development,” ”Housing and Development Bank,” ”Murabaha,” ”Murooj,” ”Cowell Banker,” and other leading companies in the real estate sector.

The exhibition offers a number of valuable insights for investors and those interested in the real estate sector, particularly regarding real estate companies and how they are overcoming the obstacles resulting from Egypt’s economic crisis by offering residential units at affordable prices to suit all needs and social classes.

The exhibition aims to attract potential buyers with a diverse range of apartments, townhouses, and modern community villas, accompanied by attractive and flexible payment plans, as companies participating in the first edition of the exhibition seek to showcase their latest products, attract the attention of investors and buyers, and tap into new markets that meet the needs of potential buyers.

On this occasion, Tom Rhodes, Director of the Next Move Exhibition, said, ”Housing has taken center stage on Egypt’s policy agenda; and there are extensive efforts by the government and real estate developers to accelerate the pace of project completion. Many real estate developers at the exhibition will present a diverse range of new projects from across Egypt, with a focus on residential properties for middle-income earners in the capital, Rhodes anticipated significant interest from visitors, who will benefit from exclusive discounts and payment plans available only during the exhibition.”

For his part, Dr. Khaled Zaki, CEO and Managing Director of Heliopolis Developers Group, noted that the Egyptian market remains full of potential: ”The current state of the Egyptian real estate market is very promising; new projects are being launched for those looking to invest, and demand continues to rise for projects that meet the needs of the current Egyptian market.”

Also participating in this year’s exhibition will be the Global Center Group, which will highlight a variety of its smart homes in New Cairo, including Smart Life Town Residence in New Cairo and New Life View Villas in Shorouk City.

Integrated Solutions will showcase two new projects in New Cairo—Jiran and B81—and will also offer visitors payment options.
