The Ministry of Housing is working to count and find violators of the provisions of the White Land Law and the regulation who have not registered their lands so far, and the ministry is working to sort the lands that were registered after 4/11/1438 AH.

On the same topic, the Ministry issued yesterday 80 payment orders for 71 residential lands subject to white land fees in Makkah. The ministry issued 80 payment orders yesterday for 71 residential lands subject to white land fees in Makkah with a total area of 10.5 million square meters. The General Supervisor of the White Land Fees Program, Engineer Mohammed bin Ahmed Al Madhiem, explained that the evaluation procedures for the lands registered on the website have been completed through the “Land Values Assessment” committee.

He pointed out that the evaluation process for lands registered on the website has been completed. <He pointed out that the process of sorting the registered lands showed that some of them are not subject to the system for several reasons, including their location outside the targeted area, some of them are less than the specified area, some are in cities that have not yet been determined, and some have statutory exceptions as defined by the regulation. As for the evaluation criteria after sorting the lands subject to the system, Al Madhayhem said that the evaluation is subject to the program's regulations, which include the location of the land and others, noting that this figure may change by increasing or decreasing following an objection, for which the system sets a period of 60 days after the issuance of the decision to subject the land to the fees, or after development within a maximum of 12 months.
