The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has called on all shareholders of “Al Madina Center” and ”Tamoor Al-Mamlakah” to update their information by submitting official shareholding documents proving their rights, in preparation for the distribution of their entitlements and the liquidation of their shares. The committee directed shareholders of “Al-Madina Center,” affiliated with the office of “Fahd Abdulrahman Al-Matroud,” to update their information by submitting the official documents to the nearest branch of Al-Bilad Bank in various cities across the Kingdom. The committee advised shareholders to fill out the information on the website before going to Al-Bilad Bank or to visit the committee’s website. Meanwhile, the committee stated that the remaining shareholders of Salah Al-Nafisi who have not yet submitted their information or updated their details should go to the nearest branch of the Arab National Bank in various cities across the Kingdom, bringing the original documents for their “sukuk and bonds” and proof of identity, as well as provide their IBAN number to update their account information. The committee considered this a final announcement absolving it of any liability for delays on the part of any shareholder who comes forward more than sixty days after the date of the announcement, emphasizing the need to fill out the information on the website before going to the Arab National Bank, or visiting the committee’s website:
