Riyad Bank has launched a mada “Nithriyat” card to monitor school expenses, as part of the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Education's directive to open bank accounts for all education departments in the Kingdom's regions and governorates to deposit funds for the operational expenses of education departments, while school leaders will be given ATM cards that allow cash withdrawals from ATMs and purchases through points of sale.
The Nithriyat card is the first of its kind that will be fully managed by the Public Education Department in each region through the Riyad Online channel for companies to disburse and monitor schools” operational expenditures.

Abulnaga reviewed the most prominent features of the Nethriyat card, which is in line with the Kingdom's plans to move towards a digital economy and automate government transactions to ensure the highest levels of transparency, integrity, good governance and more effective monitoring of transactions.
