The subscription period for Jadwa REIT Saudi Arabia began yesterday, Wednesday, and will last for 15 working days and will end on January 23, 2018.

The offering is available for investors to start submitting subscription requests during the offering period through the electronic channels of Banque Saudi Fransi, Al Rajhi Bank, National Commercial Bank, Riyadh Capital and Jadwa Investment Company, with a minimum subscription amount of SAR 500.

The fund's size is SAR 580 million. The size of the fund is 1580 million riyals and the fund intends to offer 47.40 million units at a price of 10 riyals per unit, amounting to 474 million riyals.
