Al-Rajhi Bank Provides 1.3 Billion Riyals in Financing for “Dallah Health” and Purchases 50 Buses for Saptco

Al Rajhi Bank has signed an Islamic financing agreement with Dallah Healthcare Services, under which the bank will provide Dallah with financing in the amount of 1.3 billion riyals, with the total financing term extending up to 8 years from the date of signing. The bank stated that the purpose of this financing is to establish new medical facilities and hospitals, as well as to finance working capital.

The company explained in a statement that the financing was secured by a promissory note issued by the company in favor of Al Rajhi Bank, with the total value of the facilities granted amounting to 1.5 billion riyals, including interest on the facilities, noting that the facilities granted by the bank include participation loans and forward sale contracts.

Similarly, the bank provided 61.5 million riyals in financing to the Saudi Public Transport Company (SAPTCO) to purchase 50 luxury Mercedes buses,  The financing was secured by a promissory note, and repayment will be made in monthly installments over a five-year period, with the first installment due one month after the date of the first drawdown.
