Building Development Company begins the first phase of its cooperation with the Ministry of Education by constructing 60 schools

The Building Development Company announced the first phase of its collaboration with the Ministry of Education to construct educational buildings in various regions of the Kingdom. The company is preparing to build 60 schools. The company’s CEO, Fahad Al-Hammad, explained that the schools to be built will cover all educational levels, from kindergarten, elementary, middle, and high school; for both boys and girls in the cities of Mecca and Jeddah.

Al-Hammad noted that this initiative marks the first of a series of public-private partnership programs aimed at constructing buildings and presenting investment opportunities through participation in the development, operation, and efficiency improvement of educational facilities.

The CEO of the state-owned company noted that applications to participate in and join the public-private partnership program are currently being accepted, with investors and others interested in participating in the partnership program submitting their applications to join.

Al-Hammad noted that the deadline for submitting applications is February 7.
