<The Ministry of Justice announced yesterday that it will launch the new version of the 36 real estate indicators next Shawwal. The real estate indicators include regions, cities and neighborhoods, where the neighborhood index can - for example - give the daily average price of real estate in the neighborhood. In establishing these indicators, the ministry relied on the systems of its survey information programs, through automated tracking of the empties (transfer of ownership) in notaries and other entities, in addition to their statistical analysis.
The ministry explained that through these indicators, a detailed daily information base for real estate prices in the Kingdom will be built.
