Companies and government agencies continue to showcase their latest products at the “Bitak Jahaz” exhibition, organized by the Real Estate Development Fund at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in the Communications and Information Technology Complex in Riyadh from March 1 through March 4.
The exhibition aimed to provide ready-to-move-in housing units to the Real Estate Development Fund’s beneficiaries in Riyadh and Al-Kharj—numbering 45,000—through participating real estate development companies and with financing from banks at the exhibition. The Real Estate Development Fund organizes this exhibition to invite the largest number of its beneficiaries in Riyadh and Al-Kharj who wish to own ready-to-move-in housing units, It also aims to encourage real estate development and financing companies to offer special deals to beneficiaries, with the possibility of obtaining financing exceeding 500,000 riyals, in addition to assigning a team of credit advisors from the Fund’s staff to provide support and educational services to beneficiaries.
For its part, Dar Al-Arkan showcased at its booth a wide range of ready-to-move-in residential units—including apartments and villas—featuring various modern designs and a variety of sizes to meet the needs of different customer segments.
The units developed and showcased by Dar Al-Arkan are distinguished by their location within an integrated urban environment that takes into account all social, economic, security, and health considerations, and features green spaces, open areas, and wide sidewalks and walkways, These units also come with warranties covering the structural framework, electrical and mechanical systems, and finishing work.
Dar Al-Arkan offered special promotions to exhibition visitors who are beneficiaries of the Real Estate Development Fund, in addition to the option of obtaining mortgage financing through participating banks and mortgage finance companies, Dar Al-Arkan’s booth also featured a number of highly experienced sales consultants to help customers make their decision to own a home and answer all their questions.
