King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy signed a memorandum of understanding with China National Nuclear Corporation the day before yesterday to strengthen cooperation in peaceful nuclear energy applications; The signing took place in the presence of Dr. Hashim bin Abdullah Yamani, President of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, and Wu Xin Oshi Xiong, Minister of the State Energy Administration of the People’s Republic of China.
The agreement was signed on the Saudi side by Dr. Walid bin Hussein Abufaraj, Vice President of King Abdullah City for Atomic and Renewable Energy, and on the Chinese side by Huan Min Gang, Chief Economist of the China National Nuclear Corporation.
