The deadline for paying vacant land fees in the city of Riyadh expired yesterday, Saturday, and the program called on all landowners who met the criteria for the fee to promptly pay the amounts owed
The vacant land fee system applies within the urban areas of Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and Makkah, The deadline in the Jeddah Governorate is April 8, in Dammam on May 6, 2018, and in Makkah on November 29.
The total number of payment orders in the four cities amounts to approximately 1,548, covering a total area of 411.46 million square meters, as part of the first phase of the program to impose fees on vacant land.
