The Real Estate Development Fund warned that the two-year grace period that was granted to those who were approved for the loan and did not finalize their procedures will end in the next Shawwal of the year 1439 AH, indicating that beneficiaries must go to the beneficiary services unit to complete the legal procedures and book an appointment, and the Fund confirmed that the beneficiary cannot extend the expired grace period, indicating that those whose grace period has expired and did not benefit from the loan can apply to the Ministry of Housing after that.
