Riyadh Chamber completes preparations to organize the annual businessmen's party

<The Riyadh Chamber has completed its preparations to organize the annual businessmen's party on Wednesday evening, 22 Dhu'lqa'dah 1435 H corresponding to September 17, 2014 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center. The party, which the Chamber has been organizing for more than two decades, will host a number of Their Highnesses princes, ministers and senior public sector officials, in addition to heads and representatives of diplomatic missions to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, said Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Zamil, Chairman of Riyadh Chamber. Dr. Abdulrahman bin Abdullah Al-Zamil, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Riyadh Chamber, said that the Chamber used to organize this meeting at the beginning of the resumption of businessmen's activities after the end of the summer vacation period, and said that this annual tradition aims to deepen the mechanisms of communication and dialogue between businessmen on the one hand, and senior state officials on the other, and to exchange views and opinions on the most important concerns of the business sector about national economic issues and its link with the developments of the global economy. Zamil expressed his hope that this meeting will contribute to renewing ties and strengthening bonds between businessmen on the one hand, and senior government officials in economic and investment affairs on the other, and increase the area of common understanding between them, in order to support the interest of the nation, strengthen the national economy, and create a fertile environment for the business sector to advance its economic and developmental role. For his part, Secretary General Dr. Mohammed bin Hamad Al Kathiri explained that the Chamber has invited a large crowd of Their Highnesses, ministers and members of the Arab and foreign diplomatic corps, pointing out that the invitation is open to businessmen to participate as the ceremony is held to celebrate them and enhance the feelings of communication and familiarity between them, stressing that the meeting, with its large crowd of businessmen and prominent attendees, will be an opportunity to exchange ideas and proposals to enhance the role of the business sector in development.
