The Liquidation Council for Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi, may God have mercy on him, and Itqan Real Estate Company announced the success of the eighth auction of the estate’s real estate holdings, which featured 16 properties in both Dammam and Al-Khobar in the Eastern Province and was held earlier this week at the Movenpick Hotel Al-Khobar. The properties included land, buildings, a hotel, and a hospital. Thus, the total value achieved from the sale of the 50 properties in the eight auctions held to date has exceeded three billion one hundred ninety million riyals.
The auction was attended by members of the estate liquidation board, a representative from the relevant judicial department of the General Court in Riyadh, and a number of media representatives covering the event. Also present were several heirs, as well as a large crowd of bidders and real estateand development sectors.
Itqan Real Estate, the company marketing and organizing the real estate auctions for the estate of Sheikh Saleh bin Abdulaziz Al-Rajhi, may God have mercy on him, explained that the eighth auction witnessed intense competition among investors due to the investment advantages of the properties offered, with sales figures exceeding expectations. The following properties were sold:
The first Abu Hadriya plot, with a total area of 1,680,996 square meters.
The second Abu Hadriya plot, with a total area of 1,878,145 square meters.
Al-Rajhi and Dr. Fakhri Hospital, with a total area of 3,325 square meters.
The Dammam Building, with an area of 749 square meters.
The Al-Mazrou’iyah plots, consisting of 6 plots with a total area of 4,188 square meters.
Al-Haramain Hotel, with a total area of 546 square meters.
Four plots of land in Al-Hamra, with a total area of 3,877 square meters.
Two plots in the Al-Hamra neighborhood with a total area of 5,195 square meters.
Two plots in the Al-Hamra neighborhood with a total area of 5,382 square meters.
The Al-Khobar building, with an area of 1,237 square meters.
Four plots of land located east of the Labor Office, with a total area of 3,962 square meters.
