The Sheikh Saleh Al-Rajhi Liquidation Council, in cooperation with Itqan Real Estate Company, announced that the ninth public auction will be held on Saturday, 26 Sha'ban 1439 H corresponding to May 12, 2018 in Buraydah, in which the productive agricultural projects will be sold, namely: (Project No. 27, Project No. 30, Project No. 32 and Project No. 25), in addition to lands and real estate including: (Orchards Land No. 16, Orchards Land No. 21, Orchards Land No. 15, Eastern Park Property, Villa 1 + 2, and Villa 3 + 4).

The Council had organized, recently, the eighth auction of the real estate inheritance auctions in which 16 properties were sold in Dammam and Khobar in the Eastern Province, including lands, buildings, a hotel and a hospital, bringing the total value achieved by the sales of (50) properties in the eight auctions held so far exceeded three billion and one hundred and ninety million Riyals
