Riyadh Chamber hosts the Governor of the General Real Estate Authority in an open meeting with real estate professionals tomorrow evening

The Riyadh Chamber, represented by the Real Estate Committee, will host His Excellency the Governor of the General Real Estate Authority, Mr. Essam bin Hamad Al Mubarak, tomorrow evening, Monday, May 28, 2018, at 9:30 pm, in an open meeting with the real estate sector attended by a group of real estate developers and investors, in which Al Mubarak will review the role hoped for from the private real estate sector in achieving the goals and ambitions of the Authority within the framework of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 to build effective partnerships between the public and private sectors to serve these goals.

Mr. Aiad bin Abdullah Al-Wabri, member of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Real Estate Committee at the Riyadh Chamber, explained that the Governor will present during the meeting the strategy of the General Authority for Real Estate and its programs that it intends to accomplish and its impact on the future of investment in the real estate sector, in order to serve the objectives of comprehensive economic development.

Al-Wabri continued that Al-Mubarak will listen to the views and opinions of investors in the sector on many issues and issues facing the sector, their hopes and aspirations to overcome issues and improve the sector's environment to continue its role in serving the national economy, and the Governor will present the most important future projects and programs to be launched by the Authority.

He added that the committee seeks through the meeting to establish the principle of dialogue between government officials in the real estate sector and investors and developers in the private real estate sector, enhance the contribution of the Riyadh Chamber in making government decisions that concern the sector, clarify the sector's point of view on the various issues it is going through, and listen to the vision and point of view of the government sector represented by the Governor of the Authority on them.

He added that the committee seeks through the meeting to root the principle of dialogue between government officials in the real estate sector and investors and developers in the private real estate sector.
