The Saudi National Commercial Bank announced that its Board of Directors approved, at its meeting held on Tuesday, May 29, 2018, the appointment of Mr. Faisal bin Omar Al-Saqqaf as the bank’s Chief Executive Officer, effective Friday, June 1, 2018.

The bank noted that Mr. Al-Saqqaf holds a master’s degree in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in economics from Harvard University in the United States.

Al-Saqqaf also has more than 30 years of professional experience in the banking sector, during which he has held numerous leadership positions at banks and financial institutions.

Mr. Saeed bin Mohammed Al-Ghamdi recently resigned from his position as CEO of Al-Ahli Commercial Bank and was appointed Chairman of the bank’s Board of Directors; Mr. Faisal bin Omar Al-Saqqaf was tasked with carrying out his duties.
