The Saudi Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the application of “Awsol & Bakhit Investment Company”; to offer, register and list the units of “Maarif REIT Fund” on the market as a publicly offered real estate investment trust: 18.0pt; font-family: "Arial","sans-serif"; color: #222222;">.
The Market Authority said in a statement on "Tadawul" yesterday, Tuesday, that the terms and conditions of 'Maarif REIT Fund' can be obtained on the website of both the fund manager and its website, which contains the information and data that the investor needs to review before making an investment decision or not.
The Authority added that the investment decision without reading the terms and conditions and studying their content may involve high risks; therefore, the investor must read the terms and conditions, which contain detailed information about the fund's objectives, strategy and risk factors, and study them carefully to be able to assess whether or not to invest in the fund.
