Posted in

King Abdullah Economic City, represented by the Industrial Valley, announced that it has signed a contract with “Kreet Contracting”—one of the major national companies specializing in construction—to develop infrastructure in Phase 4 (Sector D), covering an area of 830,000 square meters, at a total cost of more than 32 million Saudi riyals.

The land slated for development enjoys a strategic location at the entrance to the Industrial Valley, near King Abdullah Port, and is connected to the warehousing and re-export zone, where they will be divided into plots of varying sizes for sale or lease to support various industrial and logistics operations and activities, while other areas will be allocated to serve the commercial sector, business services, and retail stores.

For his part, Engineer Ayman Mansi, CEO of the Industrial Valley at King Abdullah Economic City, welcomed Crete Contracting, noting that the economic city’s efforts are focused on enhancing the Industrial Valley’s competitiveness in the region as a hub for diverse industries and logistics services by providing world-class infrastructure. He explained that they have attracted more than 100 national, regional, and global companies from various sectors, making it a key hub and the preferred location for ambitious companies. This is in line with the approved master plan and aims to keep pace with the growing interest from investors, especially following the operational success achieved by Phases 1, 2, and 3 of the Industrial Valley.”
