Dubai is hosting the 17th edition of Cityscape Global at the Dubai World Trade Center from October 2 to 4, the exhibition attracts a large number of investors and real estate developers from more than 100 countries to showcase their new real estate projects. It features a distinguished list of investors, developers, government officials, and real estate professionals, and the Dubai Land Department has approved on-site sales during the exhibition, following the previous edition’s sales volume of 870 million dirhams over the three days of the event.

In addition, the organizers of Cityscape Global announced that the Arab Republic of Egypt has been named the Guest of Honor for the 2018 edition of the exhibition, in light of the significant real estate development Egypt is witnessing to provide solutions for its growing population, The Egyptian Ministry of Housing had previously signed a memorandum of understanding with the Cityscape Group.

The organizers of Cityscape Global emphasized that "happiness" is the main theme of the exhibition and the Cityscape conference, which will be held one day before the exhibition opens on October 1 at the InterContinental Hotel in Dubai Festival City, in line with numerous initiatives by the Dubai government.

For its part, the Dubai Land Department confirmed that real estate developers participating in the 2018 edition will be able to sell their projects located within the UAE directly from their booths at Cityscape Global, following the great success of this decision at the 2017 edition of the exhibition.
