Imkan, a real estate company with a global vision to create places that enrich people’s lives, has announced «Al Jarf,» an integrated second-home destination along the UAE coastline, which will serve as a Riviera in the Ghantoot region between Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
Spanning 370 hectares along 3.4 kilometers of blue seafront, the project will occupy the main section of Imkan’s pavilion at Cityscape Global 2018. The project will become a premier destination for those seeking a second home in a location that seamlessly blends nature, culture, and architecture, as well as the past, present, and future, by offering a truly unparalleled experience away from city life.
Upon completion, this stunning destination will consist of three distinct areas: "Al Jarf Gardens," "Jawar Al Qasr," and «Al Jarf Marina,» each with its own distinct architectural characteristics and a range of facilities and amenities. The destination will feature two public marinas, private marinas, a shopping center, a hotel, retail units, a wellness center, a resort, villas, and serviced residences. Al Jarf will also provide residents with access to public and private beaches, as well as a club, beach, restaurants, hotel, parks, mosques, clinics, and a private school.
Imkan participated in Cityscape Global 2018 from October 2 to 4, 2018, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The company used its "Imkan Box" platform to showcase aspects of the Al Jarf project at its SAM20 booth, Now in its fourth iteration, this platform serves as a specialized research lab and creative studio that uses the latest technologies, research, and design to highlight the company’s developments.
