-Transforming the Riyadh City Development Authority into a royal body named the Royal Commission in Riyadh
.The Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources shall be renamed the Ministry of Energy.

- Create a Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources
- Establishing a body called the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority directly linked to the Prime Minister, with a board of directors chaired by the Deputy Prime Minister.
- The National Information Center is organizationally linked to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.
- Establish a center called the National Center for Artificial Intelligence and an office called the National Data Management Office, organizationally linked to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority
- General Audit Bureau to General Audit Bureau .
- Appointment of Mr. Fahad bin Mohammed Al-Issa as President of the Royal Court with the rank of Minister.
- Bandar Ibrahim Al-Khorayef has been appointed Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources .
- Dr. Bandar Mohammed Bandar Al-Aiban has been appointed Advisor at the Royal Court with the rank of Minister
- Dr. Awwad Al Awwad has been appointed Chairman of the Human Rights Commission with the rank of Minister.
- Appointing Mazen Ibrahim Al-Kahmous as the head of the National Anti-Corruption Commission with the rank of Minister.
- Removing Mr. Aqla Al-Aqlaa, Deputy Chief of the Royal Court from his position.
- Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development Dr. Tamader bint Yousef Al-Ramah has been relieved of her post.
- Dr. Khalil bin Musleh Al-Thaqafi, President General of the General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, is relieved of his position - Dr. Khalid bin Abdulmohsen bin Muhaysen, Chairman of the National Anti-Corruption Commission, is relieved of his position.
- Dr. Abdullah bin Sharaf Al-Ghamdi is appointed as the Director of the National Information Center with the excellent rank.
- Mr. Majid bin Salem Al-Ghanimi has been appointed Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Development.

Desiring to advance the city of Riyadh in all fields commensurate with its status as the capital of the Kingdom, and to replace it with the distinguished position we seek for it.
We have ordered the following:
First: The ”Riyadh City Development Authority” shall be transformed into a royal authority under the name ”Royal Commission for Riyadh City”.
Secondly: The Authority shall have a Board of Directors headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, whose members shall be appointed by order of the Prime Minister.
Third: All tasks related to major national projects in Riyadh shall be transferred from the “Committee for Major National Projects” to the ”Royal Commission for Riyadh City”.
Fourth: The Board of Experts of the Council of Ministers - in coordination with the Royal Commission for Riyadh City and the relevant authorities - shall, within a period not exceeding three months, prepare what is necessary to complete the necessary statutory procedures.
Fifth: Our order shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

We order the following:
First: An authority shall be established under the name “Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority” directly linked to the Prime Minister, and it shall have a board of directors headed by the Deputy Prime Minister, whose members shall be appointed by order of the Prime Minister.
Secondly: A center named “National Center for Artificial Intelligence” and an office named “National Data Management Office” shall be established and organizationally linked to the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority.
Thirdly: The National Information Center is organizationally linked to the aforementioned Authority, and continues to exercise all its powers, tasks and responsibilities - which it is currently exercising - until the completion of the necessary statutory procedures for the Authority and the entities referred to in clauses (I and II) of this order - to exercise their powers, tasks and responsibilities.
Fourth: Within a period not exceeding ninety days from the date of this order, the Cabinet Committee of Experts - in coordination with the National Information Center - shall prepare the necessary organizational arrangements and complete the necessary procedures.
Fifth: Our order shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.

First: A ministry shall be established under the name “Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources”, and the competencies, tasks and responsibilities related to the industry and mineral resources sectors shall be transferred to it.
Second: The name of the “Ministry of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources” shall be amended to “Ministry of Energy”.
Thirdly: The Ministry of Energy will assume the functions, tasks and responsibilities of the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources until the end of the current fiscal year, and the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources will start its functions at the beginning of the next fiscal year.
Fourth: The Board of Experts of the Council of Ministers - in coordination with the relevant authorities, within a period not exceeding three months from the date of this order - shall do the following:
1- Make the necessary arrangements for the transfer and identification of competencies, devices, employees, jobs, properties, items, credits and others.
2- Review the laws, regulations, orders, royal decrees and decisions affected by this order, and propose their amendment, in preparation for completing the necessary statutory procedures.
Fifth: Our order shall be communicated to the competent authorities for approval and implementation.
