Ministry of Justice: 48% Increase in judgments issued by commercial courts and circuits

Commercial judgments increased during the past year 1440 AH, compared to the previous year, by 48%, as the total judgments issued by commercial courts and departments in the Kingdom reached 36,652 judgments, compared to 24,721 judgments issued during 1439 AH.

Among the services launched by the commercial judiciary platform at the Ministry of Justice: “Detailed inquiry about a case, viewing rulings, reminder and notification service, filing an electronic claim, requesting an appeal, filing the first defense brief, informing the defendant, My cases service, my appointments, inquiring about hearing dates, inquiring about the status of a case, and bankruptcy applications.” ....«Commercial Judgments»..
The specialized commercial courts contribute to enhancing the business environment and providing an economic climate of confidence, stability and preservation of rights, encouraging and stimulating investment in the Kingdom, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and achieving a qualitative shift in the speed of adjudication of commercial disputes and the quality of the judicial output.
