Al-Tharwa Real Estate Company has completed its preparations to organize a major real estate auction for the sale of a number of significant and diverse properties in several neighborhoods of Riyadh. The properties are located in Al-Janadriyah, Shubra, Al-Washm, and Al-Ha’ir; The auction will take place on Wednesday, January 29, 2020, at the Sheraton Hotel in Riyadh.
At the auction, “Al-Tharwa Real Estate” will offer a plot of land in Al-Janadriyah measuring 144,983 square meters, located north of Dammam Road and bordered on the east by a 40-meter-wide street connecting to Khurais Road, On this occasion, Hamad Al-Suleiman, the company’s CEO, emphasized that the Al-Janadriyah plot is distinguished by its commercial nature; it holds a gas station license, with one portion leased for one million riyals and another for 40,000 riyals, Al-Suleiman praised the land’s strategic location, explaining that it is a junction of major roads and is close to residential neighborhoods, government agencies, the Al-Qadisiyah exhibition centers, and the "Gate of the East" project, which comprises 7,000 residential villas.
The CEO of "Al-Tharwa Real Estate" added that the company will offer, in the same auction, a 525-meter plot in the Shubra neighborhood, located near Al-Suwaidi Street and Al-Qasr Mall, while the Ammar property is in the Al-Washam neighborhood, a short distance from King Fahd Road and the King Abdulaziz Museum; the fourth property is the Al-Rabia plot in the Al-Ha’ir neighborhood, with an area of 403 square meters.
