“Sakani” program adds 7 new residential schemes through its portal and smartphone application

The “Sakani” program continued to roll out new housing plans, announcing the addition of 7 new housing plans via its online portal and smartphone app as part of the housing plans available for land plots. The program invited those interested in this option to visit its website or the “Sakani” app and complete all necessary procedures.

In a statement, the “Sakani” program explained that it has activated the online selection process for seven new plans spread across six regions, providing 6,931 land plots of land. It noted that the new plans include the “Durra Asir” plan in Khamis Mushait Governorate, part of the Asir Region, which offers 4,373 plots; the “Hadhah” plan in the city Al-Munawwarah, which offers 906 residential plots, and the “Al-Qurayyah Al-”Ulya" project in the Al-Qurayyah Al-"Ulya Governorate in the Eastern Region, which contains 25 residential plots available for reservation by citizens online.

“Sakani” has also added two new developments in Al-Jawf Region, comprising 548 plots distributed across the ”Yanbu” Tabarjal“ in Tabarjal Governorate, which contains 390 residential plots, and the ”Sakaka“ development in Sakaka Governorate, which offers 158 residential plots, in addition to the ”East Al-Suwayfla" in the city of Ha’il, which offers 621 residential plots, and the "Umm Ghar Al-Khashibi" development in Rafha Governorate, part of the Northern Border Region, which contains 458 plots available for online reservation.
