His Excellency the Minister of Housing, Mr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hogail, expressed his deepest gratitude and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and his trusted Crown Prince, His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud—may God protect them both—for the Cabinet’s decision to approve the establishment of Real Estate Developers Services Center «Itmam,» affiliated with the Ministry, as an official center with independent legal status, providing services to real estate developers and residential projects.
His Excellency explained that this decision complements the continuous and significant support that the housing sector and all initiatives and activities related to the real estate sector have received from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and his trusted Crown Prince—may God protect them both.
His Excellency emphasized that the issuance of the esteemed Cabinet’s decision to establish the «Itmam» officially demonstrates the noble leadership’s commitment to providing an appropriate investment environment in the real estate sector, improving the services provided, and facilitating the achievement of the Housing Program’s objectives, as the center contributes through its various services, which complement those of the entities supporting the sector Real Estate Development aims to raise awareness among real estate developers and work to overcome the obstacles they may face in implementing residential projects.
