The Ministry of Housing's Sakani program has made it possible to issue building permits electronically for beneficiaries of the model engineering designs service for the self-build option on the lands of "Sakani" schemes, which was recently launched for citizens wishing to build on their lands by taking advantage of a set of designs by an elite group of engineering offices
The program explained in a press release that the issuance of building permits has been made available electronically to the beneficiaries of Model Engineering Designs Service for those who own residential lands in order to reduce effort and time within electronic procedures in partnership with Baladi platform of the Ministry of Municipality and Rural Affairs in the framework of enabling citizens to start the procedures of building their lands after obtaining distinctive modern designs in partnership with the private sector represented by more than 15 architectural design offices with experience and efficiency in this field, and can visit the Engineering Designs page.
