Real Estate – The Ministry of Human Resources and the General Authority for Real Estate agreed to include the real estate services category within the freelance work program in support of localizing the real estate sector, encouraging young men and women to work in the sector, contributing to creating new job opportunities, and diversifying the sources of income for citizens who own freelance businesses.
The agreement aims to empower the real estate sector , increase job opportunities for national cadres in the sector, raise their efficiency, regulate their work, clarify their rights and obligations, and enable freelancers to provide distinguished and reliable real estate services under the supervision of the Ministry and the Authority after the applicant fulfills the conditions for obtaining the document, including the qualification certificate in real estate service from the academic arm of the Authority, the Saudi Real Estate Institute. The freelance activities and professions in real estate services include a number of activities, including: (sustainable building activity “building quality inspection” and inspection of ready-made buildings, real estate brokerage, certified resident engineer, real estate developer, property manager, real estate fixer, real estate arbitrator, real estate consultant, and real estate specialist trainer).
Including the real estate services category within the freelance work platform allows access to support programs offered by the Ministry, the Authority, the Social Development Bank, and the Human Resources Development Fund.
