The committees for reviewing real estate ownership applications (Ihkam) launched on Thursday the second phase of their work, which is the examination and audit phase, which includes auditing forms, analyzing and studying documents and ensuring their conformity with the formal requirements and the validity and integrity of the path required by the beneficiaries for formal and new applications and completing the procedures for acquisition, to be followed by the third phase of the work of legal and technical studies, review and approval of cadastral elevations, inspection of aerial photographs and obtaining statements from judicial authorities and relevant bodies for all applications completed with the necessary controls.
In the second phase, applicants for ownership of completed applications will be notified by text message of the financial compensation, which ranges between a minimum of 200 riyals and a maximum of 1800 riyals on different areas for residential applications and 4000 riyals as a maximum for agricultural applications, excluding the category of ownership applicants registered in social security and the (Ehkam) platform is currently completing the reception of ownership and amendment applications electronically in conjunction with the application of the second phase works until 55-1443 with the aim of enabling beneficiaries to complete their requests for proof of ownership, amendment and addition and submit them to the consideration committees in an integrated manner according to the rules of the consideration committees and the approved work mechanisms aimed at creating a reliable and transparent real estate environment and enabling citizens to stabilize their ownership within the real estate assets after fulfilling the necessary conditions, which contributes to raising the economies of the citizen and enabling him to invest his property and dispose of it legally and support sustainable development in all regions, provinces and villages of the Kingdom.
