Riyadh Development Company has completed the signing of contracts for the sale of portions of the Tanal development, which covers an area of (357,533.29 m²); for a total value of (576,012,172 riyals). Adir, the exclusive marketing agent, will begin the handover process starting next week.

Riyadh Development Company’s share of these sales amounts to 69.38%, and the company will realize total profits from these sales estimated at (180 million riyals), the financial impact of which will be reflected in the first and second quarters of 2021.
