The “Tawakkalna” app announced new updates to its health passport service, including a feature to view insurance policy details approved by the Saudi Central Bank and the Health Insurance Council that cover COVID-19 risks outside the Kingdom, to facilitate travel procedures.
This feature appears within the beneficiary’s Health Passport information in the “Tawakkalna” app. Following the latest update, the Health Passport information includes: vaccination status and date, the date and result of the most recent travel-related medical test (PCR), as well as insurance policy details and its validity status.
As part of efforts to improve the user experience of the “Tawakkalna” app, the app has introduced a service that allows users to easily view the health passports of their family members; this helps streamline travel procedures by providing all travel-related information within the health passport service, which includes: vaccination status, insurance policy details, and family members“ health passports.
”Sadaia“ has urged ”Tawakkalna“ app users to update the app from the app stores (App Store, Google Store, AppGallery) to get the most out of the recently added services, as part of its commitment to ensuring these services are available to all users in various languages.
It is worth noting that the Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) seeks, through the ”Tawakkalna“ app, to provide a certified government technology solution that encompasses all government services in one place; to facilitate the required procedures and in cooperation with relevant government agencies.
