The Saudi French Bank announced that its Board of Directors has recommended distributing a cash dividend to shareholders for the first half of 2021, amounting to 65 halalas per share.
The bank explained in a statement today that the total amount distributed was 779.97 million riyals, based on 1.1 billion dividend-eligible shares, with a payout ratio of 6.51% of the par value per share.
It noted that dividends are payable to the bank’s shareholders who held shares as of the close of trading on 1 Dhu al-Hijjah 1442 AH, corresponding to July 11, 2021, and who are registered in the company’s shareholder registry with the Securities Depository Center (Edaa) by the end of the second trading day following the record date, noting that the distribution date will be 26 Dhu al-Hijjah 1442 AH, corresponding to August 5, 2021.
