<The General Authority for Competition (GAC) published today the Mergers and Acquisitions Examination Guidelines, which contains a number of clarifications to help visualize the reporting criteria for economic concentrations, raise the level of transparency and enable organizations and individuals to follow optimal methods in understanding and applying the Competition Law issued by Royal Decree and its executive regulations issued by the decision of the GAC Board of Directors.
