The General Authority for State Real Estate, located in the government complex in Al-Mash’ar in Makkah, announced that it is hosting 30 government and service agencies participating in the Hajj season, including (the Ministry of Media, the Anti-Corruption and Oversight Authority, Saudi Post, the Civil Affairs Authority, the Public Prosecution, the Electricity Company, the General Authority for Transportation, the Electricity Company, the National Water Company, and the Saline Water Conversion Corporation), The Authority provides all of these sectors with logistical support services at the complex, such as digital technology infrastructure, telecommunications services, energy services, maintenance, and operations, with the aim of providing a suitable work environment for all sectors involved in serving the guests of Allah.
The Authority noted that it manages government complexes—including the complex in the Holy Sites of Makkah—in accordance with the highest standards of operational quality and energy efficiency, which ensure the sustainability of state-owned properties, which contributes to enhancing economic efficiency and productivity, optimizing the use of buildings, and improving the systems and mechanisms through which the sectors involved in organizing the Hajj carry out their work.
The Authority affirmed that it is working diligently to achieve its strategic objectives aimed at protecting the state’s real estate assets, maximizing their developmental and economic role, increasing the government real estate sector’s contribution toto the gross domestic product, and to move forward toward promising prospects for comprehensive real estate and economic development, within the framework of the ambitious goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
