A royal decree was issued authorizing the issuance of a land title deed for the Al-Muhammadiyah project in Al-Kharj Governorate and restoring the rights of the shareholders, following the exclusion of the overlapping area from the deed.
The deed had been reviewed by the permanent working group at the Ministry of Justice, formed by a royal decree to examine the harm suffered by stakeholders due to the suspension or cancellation of their land deeds.
The task force’s efforts contributed to the completion of the review of hundreds of deeds and the proposal of solutions to address them, thereby alleviating the harm in accordance with the directives issued by His Majesty.
