The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority has called on taxpayers subject to VAT whose annual supplies exceed SAR 40 million to submit their tax returns for the month of July, no later than August 31st.
The Authority urged taxpayers to submit their tax returns through its website zatca.gov.sa to avoid the penalty for failure to submit the return within the specified period, at a minimum of 5% and a maximum of 25% of the value of the tax that should have been declared.
