The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) held a virtual workshop with the supervisors of the Graduate Employment Office at Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University, Al-Jouf University, Al-Majmaa University, Prince Muhammad bin Fahd University and Fahd bin Sultan University to inform them about the Fund's programs and initiatives to support employment and enable university graduates to benefit from these programs and increase their competitiveness in the labor market.
The workshop reviewed the incentives and enablers provided by the Fund to the employment office in universities and their employees, through the Career Education and Guidance Portal (Sabil), the electronic training platform (Droob), the on-the-job training program (Tamhir), the National Labor Portal (Taqaat), and the Professional Professional Professional Certificates Support Program.The workshop addressed the definition of the Fund's programs and initiatives, controls and how university graduates can benefit from these programs and initiatives, which will help them to activate the role of the agreement, and highlighted the employment support, training and empowerment programs provided by the Fund, to support the participation of Saudi men and women in the labor market, increase their competitiveness and raise the employment rate, within the initiative of “Hadaf” in the program to support graduate employment offices at universities.
