In Sharqiya ... 12 thousand meters of debris removed in Khafji and the removal of dilapidated buildings in Al-Khobar

<The Eastern Province Municipality lifted more than 12,000 cubic meters of debris in Al Khafji Governorate, including the entrances of residential and industrial neighborhoods, the waterfront, Safaniya Center and Abraq Al Sulphur, as part of the efforts to activate quality of life programs, address visual distortion and improve the urban landscape.

The Municipality explained that the quantities of rubble that were lifted consist of sand, construction waste of unknown origin, and solid waste, while 6000 waste bags were consumed, 120 waste containers were replaced, and the toilets on the waterfront were supplied with water with a capacity of 240,000,000 gallons, sweeping umbrellas, Corniche walkway and chairs, and spraying a number of sites in the inner neighborhoods with pesticides, stressing that the work will continue until the completion of removing all rubble in various locations in Khafji.

The Municipality removed a number of abandoned and dilapidated buildings in Al-Khobar Governorate, in addition to random fences and old warehouses in multiple locations, with an area of more than 180,000 square meters.
